LANCASTER—John Randolph “Rand” Hooper of Richmond will appear in Lancaster County Circuit before Judge Charles Poston at 2 p.m. Friday, January 29, for a preliminary hearing relating to charges in the 2017 death of Graham McCormick.
Hooper faces multiple felony charges, including felony homicide, involuntary manslaughter while operating a watercraft under the influence and failure to render aid. A multi-jurisdictional grand jury issued the indictments December 2, 2020, and Hooper was released on a $15,000 bond the afternoon of his arrest, December 8.
