Joselia de Oliveira Dolsey

LOCUST HILL—Joselia de Oliveira Dolsey, 87, left this world to be with her Lord and Savior on November 25, 2023, in Locust Hill. She was born on September 23, 1936, in the Taipabas Region of Brazil. Joselia was a beloved sister, aunt and friend to many.

Joselia is survived by several brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews in Brazil. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harold Dolsey, and her second husband, William Curtis Robins Jr.

Joselia had a successful career and owned N & P Style Shoppe after Harold Dolsey’s passing in 1984. She took great pride in her work and was known for her exceptional style and attention to detail.

Joselia loved spending time with her friends and family. She was especially proud of becoming an American citizen and still had her letter from President Carter congratulating her on becoming a citizen. Her dedication to her loved ones and her strong sense of patriotism were evident in everything she did. Joselia also found solace in tending to her beautiful flowers in her yard.
