On Tuesday, July 18, the Kilmarnock Garden Club (KGC) will welcome featured speaker, Heather Hulbert. The meeting will be held at 1 p.m. in the Kilmarnock Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 65 East Church Street, Kilmarnock.
Hulbert is the owner of the Spice & Tea Exchange. As a business owner, she has embraced the journey in learning everything spices and teas have to offer, said Jo Manson. Hulbert has locations in Colonial Williamsburg and Carytown in Richmond.
Floral designs and horticulture exhibits will be displayed. This meeting is open to the public and light refreshments will be provided.
