LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened April 24 with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Nathan S. N. Johnson of Newport News, charged with a felony for selling/distributing cocaine, the arraignment was continued and a trial is to be set May 29.
In the case of John B. Russell Jr. of Midlothian, charged with a misdemeanor for practicing as an attorney without a license, the arraignment was continued and a jury trial was scheduled for July 22.
