LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, March 26, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The trial of Keith L. Beane Jr. of Merry Point was continued until June 4. Beane is charged with a felony for being a non-violent felon in possession of a gun within 10 years, felony robbery with a gun, and using a firearm while committing a felony, first offense.
Beane also faces a felony charge for violating probation. That hearing was also continued until June 6.
