LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, November 12, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the trial of Kevin M. Edwards of Heathsville, charged with four felonies for selling cocaine, two charges were dismissed and he was found not guilty of the other two charges.
