Lancaster County Circuit Court Report

LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, July 12, with Judge R. Michael McKenney presiding.

Bond was granted in the case of Marvin W. Davenport of Heathsville, charged with one felony count of resisting arrest. Trial was scheduled for August 9.

In the case of Wallace E. Rice of Warsaw, charged with one felony count for violating probation on a felony offense, probation was revoked. He was sentenced to 4 years and 10 months, all of which were suspended and 99 years of probation began upon sentencing.

In the case of Michael A. Haworth of Knoxville, Tenn., charged with one felony count for selling/distributing heroin, trial was set for September 20.
