LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 7, with the Hon. Harry Taliaferro presiding.
David R. Balderson of White Stone was arraigned on a felony of obtaining money under false pretenses, greater than or equal to $500. A hearing to set a trial date is scheduled for March 27.
In the case of John B. Russell Jr., no address given, the arraignment on a misdemeanor charge for practicing law without a license was continued until April 24.
