Lancaster grapplers nip Middlesex, 42-39, succumb to Mathews, 54-18

Lancaster went 1-1 against Tidewater District teams January 18 at the Middlesex Tri.

Mathews beat Lancaster, 54-18, and the Red Devils defeated the host Chargers, 42-39.

DJ Zeiler (138) continued to lead Lancaster, going 2-0 with a pin and a 7-0 win.

Zeiler also finished fourth, going 4-2 with a pin and scored wins of 7-3, 6-5 and 10-2, at the highly competitive, two-day Ram Rumble January 20-21 at Lafayette High School.
