Robin Blake, Linda Stough and Sandy Burroughs, who portray women of a certain age in the upcoming Lancaster Players production, “In the Rest Room at Rosenblooms,” are finding their roles to be more of a physical challenge then they had originally thought.
“Who knew that our characters would be climbing in and out of windows,” said Blake.
The contemporary comedy reveals the hopes, dreams and fears of a trio of friends who share their lonely lives by meeting daily in the rest room lounge of a downtown department store. “While the events that occur there are a bit screwball at times, the women’s personal stories are quite poignant,” said Stough, who also directs the show.
