The public is invited to an art reception with artist Sarah Haddox at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 9, in the lobby of the Lancaster Community Library, 16 Town Centre Drive, Kilmarnock. Refreshments will be served.
Haddox’s artwork will be on display at LCL through March, reported library director Alice Cooper.
Haddox is a Virginia-born, University of Virginia-educated and world-wandering lover of light. She doesn’t know how to endure life without painting. The “28 Days of Delight” celebration that started in February is an annual practice by Haddox to fight the winter blues….
