Kiwanis Builders Club and K-Kids club sponsors, Christabelle D’Silva and Allyson Umstead, are organizing a second dress drive, Belle of the Ball. The event will be held from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. March 28 at Lancaster Middle School, 191 School Street, Kilmarnock.
For $20 girls can purchase a dress, shoes and accessories, reported D’Silva.
“When you buy a dress, you will also be entered in our raffle,” she said.
