LANCASTER—Twenty-two-year-old Nickolas Van-Jor Chinn of Heathsville was pronounced dead at 8:29 p.m. Monday, June 26, after receiving a fatal gun shot wound to the chest, according to Lancaster County Chief Deputy Bill Webb.
Deputies responded to a call saying a man was lying in the street at the intersection of Shore Drive and Lancaster Creek Road, reported Webb.
