The White Stone Baptist Church mission group is collecting cold weather outerwear—coats, gloves, scarves and hats—for the Afghan refugees at Fort Lee. Jackets and coats for men, women and children including toddlers and infants are a priority—all sizes up to large.
These can be delivered to the White Stone Baptist Church office, 517 Chesapeake Drive, White Stone. Hours are 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, or contact 804-435-1413 or wsbc11@verizon.net.
