The Soul Expressions on May 25 will open the 2018 Music on the Half Shell Stage season at Town Centre Park, 150 North Main Street, Kilmarnock.
“I am so excited for the return of this band. They were here for our grand opening concert and everyone had an amazing time,” said mayor Mae Umphlett.
