NAPS to host climate change program and annual meeting

The Northumberland Association for Progressive Stewardship (NAPS) will host a special program from 10-11:30 a.m. on Leap Day, Saturday, February 29, at Heathsville UMC, 39 Courthouse Road, Heathsville.

The theme of the special program will be “Leap Into a New Decade of Climate Change Awareness and Action,” reported NAPS president Mike Ahart. The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
