The final concert of the Northern Neck Orchestra’s 2018-19 season will be a tribute to the music of Mozart and both Clara and Robert Schumann, known in their time as the “first couple” of music.
The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. May 25 at Lancaster Middle School Theater, 191 School Street, Kilmarnock. A pre-concert talk will begin at 6:45 p.m. Tickets are $30 and may be purchased at the door or www.northernneckorchestra.org. Students are admitted free with an online reservation.
The program will feature Mozart’s Overture to the Marriage of Figaro, Clara Schumann’s Piano Concerto and Robert Schumann’s Symphony No. 3.
