HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, September 27, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Kendrick L. Diggs of Lancaster, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense, a bond hearing was continued to October 25.
In the case of Elijah W. McKinley of Heathsville, charged with possession of a Schedule I/II drug and three counts of probation violation on a felony offense, a status hearing was continued generally. McKinley remains a fugitive and a capias was issued.
In the case of Quentin E. Scott Jr. of Dunnsville, charged with distribution/selling for profit a Schedule I/II substance, a status hearing was continued to November 1.
