HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, May 2, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Steven T. Hensley of Callao, charged with four counts of aggravated sexual battery of a victim younger than 13 and two counts of object sexual penetration of a victim younger than 13, a mental examination was granted with an examination pending. A pre-trial motion was scheduled to be made July 25.
In the case of Amanda N. Renton of Heathsville, charged with two counts of possession with intention to manufacture Schedule I/II substances, arraignment was continued to May 30.
In the case of Kai R. Renton, no address given, charged with two counts of possession with intention to manufacture Schedule I/II substances, arraignment was continued to June 20.
