HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, August 1, with the Hon. Steven S. Smith presiding.
In the case of Jennifer L. Belfield, a.k.a Jennifer Runninger, of Virginia Beach, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, a trial was continued to November 14.
In the case of Amir Rasoul of Heathsville, charged with forging or altering a title or registration and identity theft resulting in a financial loss of over $200, bond was granted and a status hearing was set for August 8. Rasoul also faces a misdemeanor charge of obtaining money under false pretenses.
