HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, November 21, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Edward C. Barnes of Reedville pleaded guilty to possession of Schedule I/II drugs and was sentenced to 10 years with 10 years suspended.
In the case of Craig J. Bailey of Saluda, charged with three counts of probation violation on a felony offense, the case was continued generally. Bailey remains a fugitive.
Joann H. Blackwell of Reedville pleaded nolo contendere to fraudulent use of lottery money. She faces $400 in costs and the case will remain under advisement.
