HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, February 27, with the Hon. Steven S. Smith presiding.
In the case of Kevin W. Thompson of Callao, charged with three counts of failure to appear on a felony offense, a trial was set for April 16.
In the case of Brandi N. McGehee of Newtown, charged with three counts of probation violation on a felony offense, a capias was issued. McGehee remains a fugitive.
In the case of Page R. Stoner of Farnham, charged with possession of a firearm as a violent felon, a status hearing was set for April 16. Stoner also faces misdemeanor charges of assault and battery, pointing/brandishing a firearm, and reckless handling of a firearm.
