HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, June 11, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Charles A. Johnson of Haynesville, charged with one felony revoking his pretrial release on a felony charge, was set for trial June 18. Johnson is also charged with two felonies for manufacturing controlled substances, and the trial in that case was continued to September 17.
The case of Lemanuel M. Veney of Callao, charged with two felonies for manufacturing controlled substances, was dismissed.
