HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, August 11, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Christopher L. Goins of Mollusk, charged with four felonies for violating his probation on felony offenses, was continued to August 25.
The case of Devon N. Robinson of Heathsville, charged with two felonies including one for failing to appear in court on a felony charge and one for violating his probation on a felony offense, in addition to one misdemeanor charge for violating his probation on a misdemeanor offense, was dismissed by the court.
Probation was revoked in the case of David T. Ercelino-Dodson of Weems, charged with violating his probation on a felony offense.
The case of Christopher M. Sydney of Warsaw, charged with one felony for violating his probation on a felony offense, was continued to October 6.
A review of the case of Kirk L. Lampkin of Burgess, charged with two misdemeanors including one count for violating his probation on a felony offense and one count for contempt of court, was continued to October 27.
