Two grandchildren of educator Judith Straughan Harding recently established a scholarship at Rappahannock Community College (RCC) in her memory.
Dr. John Harding and Marion Carey Harding honor their grandmother’s strength, love of her children and dedication to the education of young people in Northumberland County through this scholarship, reported media services manager Michele Inderrieden.
