Bon Secours Rappahannock General Hospital’s “Grand Illumination” ceremony was held at 5 p.m. Thursday, December 2, in front of RGH, 101 Harris Road, Kilmarnock.
The service included readings, prayers, refreshments and musical performances provided by the Northern Neck YMCA Wiley Child Development Center preschoolers and after-school care children.
