Beginning January 11, the Rotary Club of the Northern Neck will meet at River Counties Community Foundation (RCCF), 834 Rappahannock Drive, White Stone.
Speakers for January 11 will be Lincoln Boykin, director of affiliate foundations, and Jonathan Putt, philanthropic advisor, both of the RCCF.
