The strawberry shortcake booth was a popular spot at the St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church annual Strawberry Festival Saturday, May 27, in Heathsville. The booth sold 1,200 shortcakes and the festival sold some 1,000 quarts of fresh strawberries, according to coordinator Ellen Kirby.
