The grand evergreen in front of the Old Courthouse, 72 Monument Place, Heathsville, will be lit for the holiday season on December 2.
The tree-lighting ceremony will start at 4:30 p.m., reported Corinne Becker, executive director at neighboring Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern. The public is invited to enjoy caroling, special holiday readings and refreshments.
