The Rappahannock River Yacht Club (RRYC) last Wednesday, September 11, hosted the third in its fall series of Typhoon regattas. The photo above shows the Typhoon competitors carefully round a buoy marking a turning point in the race. If boats make contact with the buoy, they are forced to round it a second time.
