WASHINGTON, D.C.—Vanessa Conley Bell, 63, of Washington, D.C., formerly of Petersburg, and a native of Lottsburg, died Thursday, May 9, 2019, at the Med Star Washington Hospital Center, Washington, D.C.
A service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 18, at Zion Church in Lottsburg.
