WHITE STONE—Vera May Winegar, 95, left this earthly life and entered her Heavenly home on April 10, 2023.
Formerly of Weems, her last permanent home was in White Stone before health issues took her to Autumn Care of Mechanicsville.
She passed peacefully in her sleep.
She is survived by her brother William “Billy” Ward; her son, Walter “Junie Boy” Winegar (Tracy); and granddaughter, Elizabeth “Beth” Winegar.
Arrangements are pending with Currie Funeral Home in Kilmarnock.
