LARA—Virginia State Police (VSP) public information officer Sgt. Jessica Shehan has released the identity of a possible homicide victim in Northumberland County.
At approximately 3 a.m. on May 13, state police discovered the body of Everette Ronald Samuels, 74, of Heathsville deceased inside his home at 78 Lara Ridge Road.
According to Sgt. Shehan, the VSP Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Richmond Field Office, is assisting in the investigation of the suspected homicide.
