WEEMS—Some 40 concerned residents of Weems gathered at Campbell Memorial Presbyterian Church Monday to address a proposed post office on James Lane in Weems.
Lancaster County District 5 supervisor Dr. Robert Westbrook and zoning officer Pete Ransone attended the meeting of The Community League of Weems to address concerns and convey related information from the U.S. Postal Service regarding the proposed project, reported William Barnhardt, a James Lane resident.
