The Irvington Village Improvement Association (VIA) on October 31 will host a Halloween trunk or treat and costume parade for children on the Irvington Commons, 98 King Carter Drive. The trunk or treat will begin at 5 p.m. followed by a parade at 6 p.m.
The free event is open to ages 12 and younger in costume and accompanied by a parent. Participants are invited to bring a costumed pet if desired.
A variety of decorated vehicles, including cars and golf carts, will be stationed around the commons dispensing candy….
