Plaster was cracking from the walls, paint peeled and plumbing leaked, but worst of all, there was no life in the building because a congregation had been missing for 12 years.
Out of that very humble beginning, a new congregation was established as a nondenominational, independent church. People from many backgrounds have become part of this new congregation, known as Historic White Marsh Church, reported Brenda Hall. Today, many repairs and improvements have been made to the building. Victory Fellowship Hall was added two years ago.
